Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using any product or service provided by in91d, including Pandue (together, “the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
2. About in91d
in91d is the product brand of In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in India. We build software for Indian fields only. Pandue, our billing and shop management product, is live today; features vary across its free and paid plans.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date, and you may not share your account with any third party.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Services to store fraudulent transaction data, impersonate another person or business, attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the product, or violate any applicable Indian law or regulation, including the GST Act and the Information Technology Act.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed as selected at checkout. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ prior notice. Promotional discounts apply only to eligible users as specified at the time of sign-up. Our current cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
6. Data ownership
All business data you create – customers, transactions, ledger entries – belongs entirely to you. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than operating the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The in91d and Pandue names, logos, designs and software are owned by In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your personal or business use.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our products are management tools and do not constitute legal, financial or tax advice. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with your GST and other regulatory obligations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately; data export is available before termination on request.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Dispute resolution
If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first at helpline.pandue@in91d.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89183 66199. We will attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 15 business days. If it cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and proceedings shall be conducted in English.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via the product or by email.
