Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

in91d is the product brand of In91d Technology Solutions Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 35 Amarnath Road, Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal, India – 712258. We build India-first software, including our live product Pandue. You can reach us at helpline.pandue@in91d.com for any privacy-related query.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to operate our products. This includes:

• Account information – your name, phone number or email, and business name when you register.
• Usage data – anonymised, aggregated information about how features are used, to help us improve the product.
• Device information – device type, OS version and app version, for crash reporting and compatibility.
• On plans with cloud sync, your business data (transactions, customers, menu or inventory items) is also synced to our servers to enable multi-device access.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect your customers’ personal data beyond what you voluntarily enter. We do not access your camera, microphone or contacts without explicit permission. We do not run behavioural advertising or tracking pixels inside our products, and we do not sell your data to any third party, ever.

4. How your data is stored

On device-only plans, all business data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage – nothing is transmitted to our servers. On plans with cloud sync, business data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) on servers hosted in India. Backups are retained for 30 days.

5. How we use your data

We use your account information to provide and support the service, anonymised usage data to understand which features work well, and device information to fix crashes and ensure compatibility. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating our products.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate our products (for example, cloud infrastructure or crash analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements, or disclose data if required by Indian law or a valid court order.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and export your business data at any time. 8. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Business data on device-only plans is stored solely on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

9. Children’s privacy

Our products are intended for business owners and are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, the Grievance Officer for in91d can be reached at helpline.pandue@in91d.com. If you have a complaint about how your data has been handled, write to us with the details and we will acknowledge it within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our products or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes via the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
