Our products, including Pandue, are digital. All subscriptions are activated instantly upon payment. There is no physical shipping.
1. Nature of service
Our products are software-as-a-service (SaaS). We sell digital subscriptions – there are no physical goods, no packaging, and no courier or postal delivery involved.
2. Digital delivery
Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated instantly. You will receive a confirmation on-screen and an email confirmation at the address provided during signup. No download or installation is required for web-based access.
3. Delivery timeframe
Activation is immediate in almost all cases. In rare instances where a payment is confirmed by our payment partner but our systems have not yet processed it, activation may take up to 30 minutes. If your subscription is not active within 1 hour of payment, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 89183 66199 with your transaction ID.
4. No shipping charges
There are no shipping, handling, or delivery fees. The price displayed on our pricing page is the complete amount you pay – no additional charges are added at checkout.
5. Access after purchase
Your subscription is tied to your account and accessible from any device with an internet connection. There is no physical medium to ship.
